Arcuere is a Latin word meaning to shoot with a bow.

We at Arcuere take this literally – we want students to aim high, armed with the knowledge and tools to succeed in today’s complex financially driven world.

More and more adults are finding themselves in debt and not able to manage their finances in a responsible manner. Many individuals do not understand even the simpler concepts of credit card debt, falsely think that making minimum payments will eventually bring their balance down to zero. Many adults today have little or no savings due to over spending by miscalculating their earnings over expenses. They find it harder and harder in keeping up with payments.

We at Arcuere have designed a fun, simulation based financial accountability software to teach high school students the concepts of money management so they achieve a solid understanding on how to manage and maintain their financial affairs, both now as students, and later as adults.

They will be armed with knowledge pertaining to earning vs. expense, debt management, and saving for the future or emergency situations. Through the exercises and quizzes they will learn to avoid hidden costs and will learn about more complex borrowing situations such as mortgages and loans.

Through this software simulation the student will complete a 16 year period life cycle in 4 years of high school. They will earn a salary and will then have to wisely use their money and through making mistakes without real life consequences.

The fun simulation based learning experience is designed to create informed young adults who become financial savvy individuals, able to confidently navigate our increasingly complex financially driven world.
